Newbie From Las Vegas

Hello,

My name is Marie. Finally getting started on this pipe dream of buying and selling property. For the last 10 years I have worked in construction. And for the last 2 years I have been working as a Pipefitter/Welder in shop here in Vegas. As much as I love the work that I do it's taken a serious toll on my body. Also not really looking forward to another 115 degree heat advisory summer in a stiffiling shop working with hot metal. So I have pooled my money, started an LLC and earned the nick name "Ms. Trump" from my coworkers.

So far I have 1 rental property, 2 parcels of undeveloped land in Nevada, 1 more in Colorado, one SFR in Mobile, AL and another SFR in Corinth, MS. I buy property at auction, but them back together financially (Pay off liens and back taxes) then sell to flippers, investors and, anyone really, that wants to buy.

I am trying to raise capital doing auction sales so that I can buy rentals here in Vegas. Hopefully there will be a day that I wont have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to go to work or have to tell my 9 year old son "I'm sorry baby, Mommy cant go volunteer for your field trip cause if I miss work I will lose my job"

So here I am,with big ambitions and an even bigger drive to make this work. Looking forward to what Bigger Pockets has to offer.
