He was asked how you could achieve your dreams.

Our intended plan was to just be landlords, acquiring property when we could, in addition to that we would also like to flip some properties and are just trying to learn as much as we can to achieve that goal.

Just looking at what would motivate a bank to go to auction after a property is already listed on MLS.

In person, arrive early; preview again before the auction begins.Look and listen for clues as to seller motivation or needed work.Observe other potential bidders (your competition) don’t tell on yourself.Be ready with certified funds or cash for the deposit if you are successful bidder.

In fact @Todd Krzeminski has created Google plus group and have few serious investors in there to motivate and help each other towards their success.

Or that they can buy from an owner occupant that is motivated for a discount.
