Contract Revision

Hi bigger pockets,

I am looking to get into wholesaling in my area, which is the Columbus, Georgia, Auburn, Alabama, and Birmingham, Alabama areas. I am working on putting together my cash buyers/motivated sellers lists but I have not made too much progress. I do have a sample assignment contract, but I need someone with more experience to look over it and point out any loopholes and gray areas. My plan is to get all of the documents that I need together before I actually start matching houses with buyers and sellers so that it would not be a huge roadblock when I'm really to try to close a deal.  It would also help a lot if someone could point me to the other types of contracts that I would need for wholesaling houses. I can email a copy of the contract that I have to anyone willing to help!!

Thanks,

Devante Williams
