The way my company works is, I get a small monthly fee this includes building and property checks, some repairs and administration work.I set up all the building repairs also state and local inspections when needed.I only charge a fee when I complete a building repair or meet a local inspector.

That always sounds goodbut who knows whether the timing of the sale andthe purchases will work out according to the rules.And I'm sure that 1031 administration isn't free.
