Personal Property Manager
I’m fixing to start looking for a Property Manager. To handle my properties. I have 24. Plus a regular job
That takes a lot of my time plus the Family.
I have it in the works to add 50 more this year. With doing that I don’t have time to show them and keep up with everything properly.
So my Question is.
What would you look for in a Manager to only manage your personal properties.
Note I’m in a medium income area of about 35k a year. So C properties do really good. You just have to be on top of my tenants and business.
I believe in keeping stuff fixed and my properties in good shape.
I have a friend that has 13 properties. We are looking at splitting the cost of a Manager.
We will not Consider a property management firm. Do to there are not any decent ones in my area.
Right now we could pay one 12 per hr 40hrs a week. And break even on what we would pay a management company.
