Solo 401(k) compliance & self-TPA - plan documentation?

Hi,

I have just started a self-directed Solo 401(k) for my single employee s-Corp (me) and have elected to be my own Third Party Administrator (TPA). I understand the record keeping, the annual Form 5500 but I am having trouble sourcing some good templates for the plan documentation. Anybody has any suggestions here? Thanks!
