Jim as you know I was and am pretty clueless on social media and u tube stuff etc.. which is my big miss.. had no clue it was so profitable ( u tube channel)  should have started one years ago..

At the end of the day it is a numbers game and the more channels that allow you to scale, the more leads will come in.

We have a great relationship so I'm not in any rush to get out but I would like to buy my own home as quickly as possible so they can retire and not have to think about supporting me in any way.
