Food for thought if you decide to go outside of CA.

I’m also looking for a job related to my major with the possibility of higher income (even though it’s risky), business administration, to do during the summer, rather than a fast food or restaurant job.

You have Dickinson Law School, the Army War College, many warehouses, Giant food store headquarters, and many of the surrounding school districts (Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Big Springs, Cumberland Valley, Mechanicsburg) are pretty good.  

( it’s rough- we don’t like each other despite the love ) so other than car insurance/ food.

Lots of property in that area gets bought, torn down and rebuilt because the location is great and the land value is high.If other houses in the area say they didn't food, then this one is likely a first-time flood.

Be sure that you highlight that "selling your house can be easier than you think" with the advantages of working directly with you instead of the more traditional route.

Well I know they eat dry cat food.

Careful buying controlled things like food as that can reduce their benefits.Also by titling the property to the trust, generally done by a quit claim, but a deed is better in your case, the attorney can get the ex wife removed from the deed with the divorce decree.  

Opinions differ on this, but to me, a company that requires cash has a liquidity problem that could be indicative of issues higher up the food chain in their business model.
