As new investor, I got into Realestate because it was always an interest from young when my mother was driven to get her first home riding around finding & buying a beater having it broken into and taken our small amount of tools and helping her paint it and fix stuff or finding mr.fixits to do what we couldn't and watch like them hawks 1 to learn and 2 making sure we didn't get taken advantage of and calling and yelling at ones that left a job half done...

1. stocks - even though they are old fashioned, they get the retirement job done2. marketing - allows me to multiply myself 100 times3. crypto - there are some days where you can catch a down day and allow the market to come up and have some coins shoot up 20%4.
