As new investor, I got into Realestate because it was always an interest from young when my mother was driven to get her first home riding around finding & buying a beater having it broken into and taken our small amount of tools and helping her paint it and fix stuff or finding mr.fixits to do what we couldn't and watch like them hawks 1 to learn and 2 making sure we didn't get taken advantage of and calling and yelling at ones that left a job half done... I miss you MOM. Now with my own family and sick of sacrificing my self,health, family, and peace of mind for a employer who could careless and provide a kinda good lifestyle. Deficient of any real love of what I was doing for a living. SUCKS. I rediscovered Realestate doubling down on what I learned through life and sorting out my network surprising how many people you can just accumulate on the hamster wheel of life that want you running along with them; then others who are really rockstars and looking forward to you stepping off the wheel and happy you did. I have been studying and I think its an ongoing learning thing I will never know all about Realestate, thats why I put the books down and dove right in. Thus far I don't have any "deals", largely I've been enjoying my family our LLC is Value Adder wish us luck.
