House Hack/ Beginner Investor

Hello all,

A friend recommended the podcast, and I decided to check out the forums as well.

Have really enjoyed listening and have gotten hooked to learning more. After graduating in May, a couple friends and I have been renting in Jersey City Heights. My next move is to buy a place, have them pay me rent and then rent it out when we decide to move on.

Would love the opportunity to pick some of your brains regarding landlord/real estate do's and don't's. Maybe some initial advice on how to get started, preliminary funding or picking the right place.

Really glad to be here. Looking forward to learning a lot more.

Thanks in advance
