Hey community, my name is Caleb Anderson, and like so many people before me I’m interested in getting my hands in real estate investing. I’m 24, married w/ no kids, live in the Atlanta area, and work full time (50-55 hours) as a restaurant manager. I also have a business partner that’s been a longtime friend. My purpose is to have a second source of income and possibly one day use it as a single source. I have always been told to get involved in this area of work, and it sounds exciting and challenging. My plan is to do the buy and hold or BRRRR, and work up to more and more properties. I’m researching and learning everyday, listening to the BP podcast, watching videos, and practicing “working the numbers” on homes for sale to look for a good deal. Anything else anyone’s got for me would be great, and look forward to becoming part of this community!
