Jacob Morris Good property management company in Toledo, OH
24 February 2019 | 8 replies
@Jacob Morris - Hi Jacob, I'd speculate that the reviews stem from taking a largely thankless job- tenants dislike property managers for the most part, owners see them as a necessary evil, and if I was to make a prediction people don't take time to provide great reviews nearly as frequently -  it's to vent and post a complaint. That said if you search Stonehenge reviews you will find 1 star reviews...I have my own client base and operate a branch office of Stonehenge so I'm quite separate from them other than the oversight of their broker...none of their online reviews are my client base. :)I qualify at the end of this month to apply for my broker's license so I will be on my own soon enough.
