I have a fee schedule from fidelity title. I am looking for a better deal!!!! Need some pointers for my cash out refi closing. Loan amount of approx $270k. Any help would be great. Thank you all

I would rather work on a relationship basis than on the cheapest  price available. You may save $25 or $50 per transaction, but everytime they know it's you on the phone they are going to avoid you. Don't be cheap

As mentioned, most of the fees are regulated by the state.
