Benjamin Riehle what kind of purchase prices there?

I'm not sure what the disclosure laws in Arkansas are when it comes to this kind of situation. 

Currently living on post going back in forth about moving off post using the va loan or just trying to get a investment rental with some kind of creative financing

I'm open to any guidance.I have no idea to secure funds if I have to put some skin in the deal, hopefully, since its, some kind of grant it won't require any money down.

What is the process like buying quickly with cash and what kind of contracts/forms are needed?

And of course, this was essentially disrespecting the tenants, kind of bullying them since they were desperate at this low end of the market and had no power.
