Hello everyone, my name is Salina Robbins, I am 23 years old and currently reside in Aston, PA.

I am at the very beginning stages of my very first investment property. My niche is in multi family buy and hold, Aston is a very small township inside of PA. I am really hoping to connect with people everywhere to share knowledge, especially those investors in the Delaware County and Philadelphia area where we can have meetups  and talk about real estate.

Do you guys have any particular comments/ tips for the newbie in Aston?

Hello Salina and welcome to BP. I’m a local contractor in Delco and invest here also. I suggest finding local reia clubs and making as many connections as you can. There is one on Essington ave ever second Tuesday of the month. I was planning on attending my first one April 10th. Let me know if you’d like anymore information. I believe thats a good start and to read as many related formuns on BP as you can. I started listening to their podcast a few weeks ago and gained a ton of helpful information.
