Also you may wish to check out local investor groups such as Black Diamond REI in southern Mass and RIREIG in Rhode Island.Since you just bought your first property, I would recommend taking at least 6 months, 12 would be better, learning how to be a landlord of your first rental unit before acquiring another one.Learn about renting a unit out, tenant screening, collecting rent, repairs, capital improvements, handling moveouts, etc.

We bought a 4plex that was only about 12 years old and each unit was 3/2 and renting below market value. 3 of the units were also section 8 and I‘ve learned a lot about that as well.

., B to B+ area4/2/2 built 19731400sq ft149kest: 40k rehab ARV $249krents in area on 3's going for $1800-2250, no 4 beds under 2500sq ft in area to compare rent ratesI asked the agent if it was sinkhole home, because numbers sound like one.. but claims not, states the home is currently owned and lived in by investor, investor bought home in 2001 for 90k at auction, has lived in it since and never put any money into the home except kitchen with new appliances.
