Anyone ever consider advertising rental discounts to First Responders, health care workers and/teachers?

Here's a very small pros and cons list I've made for the area:Pros:Potential for Appreciation: Rapid growth and development can lead to property value increases.Stable Rental Demand: Proximity to Raleigh and economic opportunities ensure a steady stream of potential renters.Desirable Location: Good schools, amenities, and quality of life attract families and professionals.Cons:Market Competition: Increased demand can lead to higher property prices and competition among buyers.Out-of-State Management: Managing a property remotely can be challenging without a trustworthy local team.Economic Dependence: The area’s growth is closely tied to the economic health of Raleigh and the Research Triangle.

Lately I sent out 1,400 advertising cards to 1,400 leads they provide received only 1 yes only one response and that was a legal order of cease.I have several classifieds running with zero results .I have a custom perf sign on the back window of my SUV with zero results to dateAnd a heavily promoted website with very low traffic Did google ads which was a complete flop Would like some feedback about charter financial and the owner Leland RegardsMark

What exactly are you trying to offer or promote in your post?  

This is the least likely thing for people to publish on BP, as finding them is key to the business and promoting them on here will inundate them with calls. 

if you were worried about them trying to take money from you, then you should have been smart and put a meter on their water pump after you told them to flush it out or whatever so that you can gauge how much extra you cost them and then take that off the rent and then there's no discrepancies. it was completely due to your negligence that caused them an inconvenience and a health hazard. not sure we're all these other landlords get off assuming these are just cash grabbing freeloaders when they didn't do anything except do their part and move into a place and pay rent.so you can benefit from them doing so.

Aloha Dirk,  Like in most places,  Hawaii has a mix bag of contractors from really good reasonably  priced ones to dirt cheap shady ones that do shoddy work that could lead to fire (bad electrical work) or health issues (mold) for tenants.

It's not something you need but some wholesalers do one to provide to buyers when promoting the deal. 

There are new laws being implememented in some states as well.Hey Ken, I agree with you on people doing business the wrong way, just like in the creative side with people not properly disclosing how liable the seller is in a sub-to transaction.There are indeed people promoting a property instead of the contract, which they do not have the right to do so.
