Mid to LTR Clayton, NC

My husband and I are looking to expand our portfolio. It appears there could be some growth in the Clayton area of NC. Does anyone have any insight on this area as we currently live in another state. We would likely look to rent out Long term or Mid term.

I live in the area and own one rental there. If you need a realtor please let me know. It is a booming area with high rental demand.
