Well as Corey said read up on here and soak up all the info but if you want my opinion on courses there are 2 that have gotten a lot of praise with very few if any negative responses and they are:Steve Cook's Wholesaling 2.0 and Vena Jones Cox's Wholesaling course.Also our own member Andrew Massaro aka The Maestro has an ebook you might want to check out.

They take care of you and you sing their praises/toss them more work later.

I recently started listening to the BP podcast and after hearing to Josh plug the sight so much and all the praise people have to give I've decided to start studying and become an active part of the community here.

I have been to his events and met many of his students and they all praise his program. 

We always see people with problems and questions, thought I'd put a nice praise testimony on here!

That client sings my colleagues praises and now sends referrals his way because he: a. listened to his problem/situation; and, b. helped him out by helping him secure a job.

This is what people can use to see if it works or not vs. just saying "yes it works".Thank for sharing that ,am, and for the praise!

I am looking forward to meeting like-minded people here since my family and friends have grown tired of hearing me sing the praises of real estate!
