Hello everyone, i would like to know uf there are any meetings going on in Las Vegas any time soon?

I was just looking at the situation as a family expense and making the best out of it until the next move came along.I am actually located in Las Cruces, NM but El Paso, TX is just down the road, so I consider it to be "local". 

It had enough water rights to be able to have our own water treatment plant as well which will be a nice income generator for many years to come.

I started back in 2002 doing flips in Las Vegas, and then adding some buy and hold.

Is it worth jumping straight to a very competitive market like Southern California, or begin somewhere easier like Phoenix or Las Vegas?

Still living in Las Vegas but will be relocating to TX in 2 years.   

I will be moving to Las Vegas in April.

Mines were 4plexs and did the first year in Las Vegas.
