But in Dallas & Colin counties in particular the cities of Plano, Frisco, and McKinney are still very hot and in my opinion overpriced.

The most popular events seem to be in Plano, Irving, Grapevine, and that area. 

Neighborhoods I am considering are Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Arlington, or even by downtown Dallas.

Dallas has around 4,000 people moving here every week, due in large part to many major corporations building new facilities in the area (Toyota, State Farm, Apple, etc.) and the hot job market in general.The areas that are being affected the most are in North Dallas (Frisco, Plano, Richardson) but there are different strategies that can be successful in just about any area in Dallas County.Send me a message if you have any questions!

I've been looking in the Plano/Frisco area but not in the FW area. 

Is this still achievable in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, MCKinney areas?

I guess I'm saying you won't find much cash flow in Plano, McKinney or Frisco...

Theres obviously the hot spots like FRISCO and Plano however, when those areas go up, so does the rest of the METROPLEX.

The city of Plano is the only city in the DFW that receives tax payments directly from Airbnb.
