Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

Persistence is critical, and most new wholesalers give up before getting there.

Keep networking with locals on BP, if you've got a good deal on your hands someone will want in, it just might take some persistence.  

Like Evan said, they work best when you include specific offers for each property within the letters themselves and when the letters are personalized with property owner information.Just like getting a job, persistence with these things is always the key.

Unlike him, I feel as even with what’s going on with the COVID-19 we should still be persistent.

Remember, this virus can be transmitted by people who don’t show any symptoms and is persistent for days on some surfaces.

I can not find any such statement from the governor except an eviction moritorium while the crisis persists.   

But my hope is that a persistent bug in their ear will start to have an effect.I do not have any tenants in economic peril, yet. 

Given you have full occupancy thus indicating good demand, I’d start marketing the salon space for a new user/use.The current madness will NOT persist very long given this is not a virus with high double digit fatality rates.The real issue is that your business as saloon isn’t working, so count your blessings and transit to being a landlord instead.
