I was speaking on my basic understanding of Illinois law but it appears even that data is now incorrect as of August as the exchange of contracts between parties has been added to the list of licence requiring practices.

I'm looking at the Licence Reciprocity guide on the Colorado website and they list Associate Broker if you have less than 2 years experience in your current state and independent and Employing Level if you are experienced for 2+ years.I'm a licensed broker in the state of California, which i'm 99% sure is equivalent to Employing Broker in Colorado.

I think you can get individual licences for units by creating account for each unit like Unit 1, Unit 2 etc..., but it would need individual lead cert and inspection ( this is an educated guess) What I would do is to call Baltimore City registration office, they would give you that info easily.

It is very surprising - I took my Texas real estate licence exam last year and the course instructor made it very clear (multiple times) that security deposit are required to be kept in a separate account so I assumed it was the law!
