Becoming a real Estate Agent

Hello BP family. I am definitely looking into being a wholesaler to gain momentum for multifamily flips and commercial buy & holds. I'm thinking that becoming a real estate agent would give the insight to truly understand how to analyze neighborhoods and gain access to the MLS for comps. My question is what are my options for licensing in the great state of NC?
