Reqauest a refund from them verbally and in writing and  continue to follow up and  go up the  management  chain if needed . 

I think I just need to give it more time and continue to prove myself that I am able to perform.

From what I’ve heard in a piece by Forbes, focusing on unique features can lead to higher long-term rental satisfaction... especially if your tenants want a few animals or more outdoor space.

Grabbing attention while highlighting your best features is key.

For this, the learning is done by continually talking with people in the market you are looking and similar deals.  

I believe the competitors are more expensive with unnecessary features.

I have LTR’s in Akron, I will continue to buy more.
