4 Acre hobby farm for young family.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Lucien.

Purchase price: $253,000
Cash invested: $130,000

Rural hobby farm on 4 acres. Borrowed money from friends and family to pay cash for the property as the bank would not finance it until it had been remodeled, made livable, and brought up to code. When finished, I re-financed and paid back all my friends and family + interest in 10 months! Exactly 1 year later my first tenant moved his family in where his kids and dog can play in the massive yard while raising 2 cows in the barn.
I proved to them lending me their money was an easy way for them to profit themselves. I like to believe I earned their trust for when I need to borrow from them again.
