Conservatively speaking, i.e. worst case scenario, I'm hoping to start and build this business in my 40s, retire into it in my 50s, and retire on it in my 60s.Right now I'm looking for that first open door when the time is right.Sorry to drone on like this, but I love to write, and you gave me ALL.

Once they're both airborne I'll have good infrastructure to facilitate these 2 companies and maintain ownership while building new companies and selling them in the future, so I got new vision and lots of work ahead of me. 

But the pricier, luxury vacation rentals go to the next level with more engaging, dynamic elements, including: Aerial drone videos of the property.

Dude - I need drone video of my Griffith house and regular video of my office :)

So without going into 4 hours of droning and hundreds of pages of typing, don't undercapitalize and don't do fraud.

They will be concerned about it becoming dust and becoming airborne.

I also have  had traction offering virtual tours of my place, which required a drone/photographer to handle. 

With technology pushing towards drones and unmanned vehicles, the industry is really undergoing a major rehab itself.Well, thank you for taking the time to share your experiences.  

Hello all,First time posting, but I've been lurking here and studying what little I can of real estate for the last year or two.I'm currently invested in some REITs, and eventually want to expand my experience and get into a couple of Duplexes+ somewhere.Currently stuck in NYC, waiting for litigation and what not to take place (probably 2+ more years) before me and the wife can move to Florida or wherever else, which is primarily where I want to purchase property.In the meantime, I'd like to try and find a position with a property management company, or some kind of real estate related work (I've been really interested in photography, particularly real estate drone images lately), though I have no experience in the field.
