Entry Level Property Management Jobs?

Tom Freeman
Posted

Hello all,

First time posting, but I've been lurking here and studying what little I can of real estate for the last year or two.

I'm currently invested in some REITs, and eventually want to expand my experience and get into a couple of Duplexes+ somewhere.

Currently stuck in NYC, waiting for litigation and what not to take place (probably 2+ more years) before me and the wife can move to Florida or wherever else, which is primarily where I want to purchase property.

In the meantime, I'd like to try and find a position with a property management company, or some kind of real estate related work (I've been really interested in photography, particularly real estate drone images lately), though I have no experience in the field. I've worked 7+ years in office settings in various positions, and want to try to use that to my advantage.

Where would I go about finding a position that doesn't require a degree or large amount of experience? I've had no luck so far searching through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Are there real estate related sites that have positions like this I can search through?
