Having been now in the Real Estate investment game and working with Bolthouse Homes from day one I would love to extend the invitation for us to grab coffee. I want to share any information I may be able to help with and here is a bit of the experience I am able to share now from the past 2 years and the last 4 in marketing. I am 23 years old when I stepped in RE I knew I had only one shot at building my personal  brand and one thing the owner of Bolthouse Homes John Mathewson always told me was to find how I was going to bring value. I wasn't an agent I didn't have something to fall back on but I knew I could talk, I could connect and I could spark conversation. Some things can be taught but building off of your God given talent always gives you an advantage. I now strive to know everything about the Chicago market. Who is in the space, who is credible. Who has successful methods and who not to deal with. Aside from that the media side of things has been by baby and the area I work in day in and day out. Content is everything, John told me day one "Nick we need content" that is what I put out and that is how we are on 14 social media outlets as we try to take on Bolthouse Farms on web SEO that is not easy but go google Bolthouse Homes see what we put out.
