I have a property that has mold stemming from the roof (needs a new roof), fixed creaky floors, and cosmetic fixes in 4 of its 6 bedrooms.

My biggest problems with the property all stemmed from the fact that I DID NOT own the other half of the building.

My concern mostly stems from being ill prepared so I figured you guys are the best ones to ask.     

My wife and I have considered and dreamed about getting into Real Estate on and off for years, but now I am really dedicating myself to this.We are living in Stem, NC..

With that being said, this question stems from unfamiliarity w large banks.

Stemming from the success of my short term goal, my long term goal is to develop friendships, partnerships, and hopefully become the successful real estate guru I've set out to be!

<=My concern stems from the leasing agent who told them they were approved when we had not approved them  I am concerned with the agent looking to us to come up with a reason we are rejecting them.  

I see where your nervousness stems from.

As you get further in life and specifically in Real Estate as a Licensed Agent, you'll find success in Real Estate and in most other NON - STEM fields is based on relationships - not academics. 

@Ran Fridman Tax liens and tax deeds are two different animals although they both stem from the result of delinquent taxes not being paid.
