Some bullets about myself.

I've met various scopes from vesting title to 150+ year land-patent research for the oil and gas/energy industry, as well as power and pipeline ROW (right of way).However, I've started researching some foreclosure title for myself and to help some flipper friends in return for investing advice.

Actually, I just decided to go with Energy Star because it's a bit easier and more well known.

I recently dodged a bullet.

It was high energy which made their pitch feel a little high pressure but I am still SO GLAD I went!   

Time and emotional energy are some of your most valuable resources.

I'm not completely against coaching/mentoring, it's just that it's not a silver bullet and it actually stops a lot of new investors from actually investing.
