@Jason Dalka Interesting that you mention Short North...I just saw an anniversary article about how the Short North Posse was the last gang with a stronghold in the area...the cops smoked them out and it was a 2-year effort to arrest them all after they relocated to Italian Village/Weinland Park.I hear you on the Cleveland front...I am pulling for the city to make a recovery (same with Dayton), but the driver for sustainable transition is yet to be discovered.

Come to find out the grandaughter is in a very abusive relationship with her boyfriend and he allegedly beat her up and the kids, the police arrived arrested the boyfriend and CPS took the kids.

Finally the daughter told her mother she was being abused and the mother had the guy arrested.

Maximum pressure on the police is a way I would handle it reporting everything, they will eventually get tired of coming out or find something to arrest them for which somewhat solves the problem as well. 

If they write unauthorized checks, that is theft and I have seen employees get arrested for that.

The lawyer can send a letter stating that they are trespassing and can be arrested. 

That way if they come on the property later, they can be arrested. 

But still I don't want these people arrested, I don't want to upend their lives .
