No attorney worth his salt is going to be fooled by your 'hidden' ownership of a lien on your property, and say your judgement proof.

Have any of you invested in the Boise or Salt Lake markets yet?  

I lived in Utah for some time and have ~5 years of financial analysis experience (investment banking and multi-family modeling), however my goal is to more closely familiarize myself with the Salt Lake market and surrounding pockets.

I love being critiqued, but also take everything with a grain of salt.

the sales rep I bought the stiff from said 4mm should have been fine... of course, I guess you have to take that with a grain of salt...What’s crazy is in our primary we have a 70 pound pit bull on laminate- not a scratch on the stuff!

Not someone who took a few classes and claims to be a professional home inspector..I have never met a home inspector that was worth their salt, enough said on that..Jim
