Have yet to make any deals wholesaling just yet but would like to donate some money to a any non profit organizations in the area if I do happen to secure deals.

So we know the following: 1) A loan officer, title rep or other ancillary service provider cannot pay a RE agent a "kickback" or otherwise provide items of value as part of an ongoing business relationship.2) An RE agent cannot pay or otherwise provide items of value to an unlicensed person as a referral fee.But- what I don't know is what (if anything) is to be done if a RE agent makes a donation to a 501(C)(3) org.

For any deal I do as a result of BP activity in my book warrants a donation!

Numbers looking good for me but don´t know the neighborhood so only "maybe" for me.

Washer/Dryer - We rip out the old ones (and sell or donate) but do not put new ones in our rentals.

It's a personal choice if you want to donate to the realtor.

Maybe he will feel sorry for me and donate something.
