I know that OKC is more diverse than just the oil industry, but it is a concern.I'm just trying to decide if it's worth keeping a single property in a market, or if I'd be better off in concentrating my investments in fewer markets.Thanks for the response.Steven

Start slowly, and concentrate on learning your new market.

You also should actually be concentrating on what users are saying about the websites, their experience and their success.  

It's those other 1/3rd that you want to concentrate on.

Do not concentrate in 1 condo complex.

I am currently concentrated on the wholesale side of things.

Since my wife works in the city near Hampden, we will probably concentrate our research efforts on the north side of the city.I am still in the air with whether I want to pursue the city or some area in Baltimore County for my first property.

As you can see I'm in need of some direction and need a place to start concentrating my studies so I can break into the business.I am so happy a community like this exists and have already been reading tons of articles, blogs and posts.

I don't concentrate on what doesn't work, only on what does and build on that.
