I started buying property about 10 years ago but have not been doing much since the crash of '09. I own several rental properties and now looking to increase inventory so I can fire my boss at my current day job and go full time with REI. I have a private funding source but looking for a stream of good properties in Oldham and Jefferson counties.

Hi Bryan,

Sounds like you have a good start on the 'fire your boss' thing.  What type of properties / price range do you like?  We are buying several each month, but do come across some that don't quite fit our business model.

Regards,

Erik
