This morning I went out and interviewed with 2 franchise brokerages (whose branches are privately owned as most of you may well know).

What branch?

I am working for Finance of America (Backed by black stone) and we are the first branch started in the Bay Area and growing ourselves rapidly.

If any one already has or knows of any du/tri/fourplexes for sale out in the Dallas Fort Worth area (preferebly Arlington or Farmer's Branch) then let me know!

However, in this case, I emailed the branch manager about what loans they offered for rental properties to better analyze my deal, and 85/15 is what he came back with.

There is piles of garbage/materials in the front yard, and the drive-way entrance's have chain link fences in front of them. 

The subdivision exits to a main artery with mixed businesses (offices, small supermarket anchored plazas, chain restaurants, public transportation, etc.)A 3/2 in this area is $850.00-$950.00.Hope that answers all.

I was never a residential mortgage broker, however I did work as a branch manager and small business lender.  

I surprised at how much I love it.I happen to also be working in the Metro Atlanta area as well; then branching out to Florida or Detroit area next.
