The focus points for me right now are deciding what to include in my tech stack that's not going to break the bank in the future as well as includes professional features not just a user friendly interface like some other PMS.I'm between these 3 currently. - Hostfully(seems to be most cheap)- Uplisting(seems to be the most professional)- Hospitable(most friendly UI & the only one I currently have experience with) Biggest con for me is lacking in ai for messaging which they've denied integrations with developers.

Price materials and labor cost will depend on how large of scope of work but a good company is going to be around 3500 a week plus cost of over head we also pay 30% tax on our income also like you guys but if you anticipate 4 week rehab well be ready for minimum of 14k in labor +14knis low end in my opinion... now I'm currently eating my lunch on a rehab from hell but it's gonna be a work of art from where it came from... this was the worst of the worst in my career water damage to all structural raised the roof on a horrible addition and did it correctly.

Typically what is known is done at closing but trued-up later.If your PSA specifies any credits for non-ready units, that will offset the other costs.

I do not agree with those saying "just move on", and here's why: they will undoubtedly do this again, and we, as landlords, owe it to our fellow LLs to help each other.Although you may very well never collect the money owed you (But you also may get at least some, read on to see why)....there is another bigger reason to go through the Small Claims process.
