I am purchasing a property from a whole seller that locked up a property on the MLS and then I purchased it from him I signed all the docs and wired the escrow money to title company 5,000 non refundable on time signed all the paper worked and had everything they needed on time.

RE brokers do screw buyers and sellers over, but at least it's a clear paperwork trail and not one PSA for the seller and a different one for the buyer.#3 Of course they pay my fee because the property is not at "market" price.

I believe as of now pre covid evictions have been frozen and current unlawful detainer paperwork isint being accepted by the California courts from what I’ve been told by neighbors/friends and local investors.
