Need advice first time buying home
My realtor said she made a typo on the sales contract that's already been signed by everyone, earnest money deposited and the sellers want to raise the price $900. I'm very frustrated at this point because I've already gotten my preapproval and this isn't the first thing that has been weird with the sale. The house I put an offer on was advertised as being for sale by owner but ended up being for sale through my realtor and she never said a word. We only found out after the sales contract was typed up. I've also had a hard time getting responses from my realtor. I asked her a week ago if there was anything else I needed to give her because we had to switch lenders and she never responded. My loan officer has also tried to reach out to her with no luck. I only heard from her yesterday because I told her my lender needs a copy of the sales contract. Thats when she decided to tell me that there was a typo and the seller wanted to raise the price by $900. What should I do in this situation? I'm starting to have trust issues with my realtor. I'm in California by the way

That whole situation sounds very sketchy. What was the typo?
All sketchiness aside, $900 on a house purchase is so minor and shouldn't be a deal-breaker if it's factored into your loan. Your monthly payment will barely change. The bigger item to focus on is reading every single line of your contract to make sure nothing fishy is really happening.
