Is it a stone/rock foundation?

I’m up in Blowing Rock and Boone.

Many wealth management firms offer this as an extension of their services for high net worth clients (you pay usually but its in-house counsel) who store a lot of money with them, and in some areas you can't kick a rock without finding a trust and estates attorney and wealth management firms.

They told us "wait until 2021 tax returns are done and come back" - but im paying $1550 for a one bedroom apartment with some crappy *** loud neighbors and a few drug dealers with a baby on the way.

Also, I think a fund manager is also meant to play the role of having a higher level view of the operations than caring about the more mundane like a washing machine going down or someone's neighbor who is being too loud.

You say he hasn't technically done anything illegal or physical in the house so sending to court or rocking the boat is probably not in anyone's best interest. 

If roof has rocks that need to be sucked off first and not just a layer but down to decking could cost even more.
