Getting a nuisance tenant out

Hey everyone!
I have a bedroom rental that has been great, love everyone there except for one guy who has just caused some major issues in the house but it’s such an unusual situation I have had a tough time deciding the best action. He is the only person in the house that is on a one year lease and it ends in august so not long to go, finally! It’s been a long year.

The home is all women and then him and he is very very OCD and obsessive about everything in the house along with being a 6.5 ft abrasive guy he constantly is causing issues with other tenants over trivial things. At this point the women in the house are scared of him and not sure what he will do especially after he leaves, as in retaliation. I really want to force him out even sooner but not sure it’s worth the fight since he technically hasn’t done anything illegal or physical to anyone in the house...yet. I’ve tried all other option like paying him or finding him another place but he loves the house and doesn’t want to leave. It’s been a fight to just tell him I can’t renew his lease.
Do I have a leg to stand on for removing him or just ride it out until the end of summer?

Personally if he hasn't broken the lease I would let him stay and give him lease non-renewal paperwork thirty days (or whatever your local jurisdiction requires) prior to move-out.

I would also alter the lease so if there's a future tenant who is clashing with other tenants you can more easily get rid of them (it would be worth having a lawyer write the wording for that as he/she will know if it can be done and how to jive with local laws).
