I just recently closed on a multifamily home that I am house hacking and I was able to find quality tenants almost immediately.

I’m a rookie investor in the Tampa area with one duplex I’m currently house hacking in Seminole Heights.

I have a duplex in Renton WA. I am renting one unit out and living in while rehabbing the other. I am wondering if its possible to borrow equity in the property to finish the rehab?

So far in my research, I have determined that house hacking a MFH is probably the route that I want to go so that I can take advantage of a FHA 3.5% loan.To get to my point, I would recommend researching multiple options to see which one seems most appealing to you at this time.

Maybe house hack and rent rooms or units to others to cover your housing cost and pay down the mortgage. 

Recently purchased a property that I am House Hacking and looking for advice on which credit card would be best to get to cover recurring utility expenses, maintenance expenses, and future capital expenditures in order to maximize rewards/cash back.

I am currently moving into a house hack but will come back to this once I am situated.
