How do I find my Niche in Real Estate?

Hello fellow investors/hustlers!

I'm 23 years old, and I finally have the time and money to invest in the Real Estate business...

But how do I find the niche that's right for me?

I feel overwhelmed by the endless options for investing. I want to take a calculated risk, but I feel like I'm diving in the deep end blind!

How did you KNOW in your bones that you had found your niche? Where did you find the resources that led you there?

@Joe Villeneuve Thank you for responding. To clarify, are you saying that keeping many niches is a good way to be successful?

Forget using the word "niches".  Use the word "strategies" instead.  They don't mean the same thing
