Normally everyone (buyer's agent, listing agent, buyer, seller) has an opportunity to review and approve the closing statement before the buyer and seller sign it.

Always do your research on a lender by checking their website, social media, online reviews, etc.

As with any big conglomerate online lender, they spend a lot of money on their online advertising and reviews to make sure their reputation looks super clean.

Planned on selling it but our real estate agent told us about some people who needed a rental and gave a great review on them.
