Hello realtorfam,

I'm a brand new investor and looking to get my first property after listening to the multi webinar. I have been meaning to do this for a while and I feel now is the time to make my first move. Thanks to bigger pockets, I am getting a lot of insights, but would appreciate and other advise you all have for a newbie.
