General contractor, Pennsylvania, I paid him a deposit for some work but then the job fell through (failed inspection)Okay, for General Contractors, first check and see if he is licensed https://www.dos.pa.gov/ProfessionalLicensing/LicensingServic...then you let him know, in writing, that he has 30 days (give a specific date) to refund the deposit or you will be contacting the state board of licensing.Then if he doesn't pay up, you contact the state licensing board and ask how to file a claim against his bond.

In one of my properties there is about 2 to 3 square feet of of mold on the base boards and the drywall just above the baseboards behind the vanity, under the sink's plumbing.The visible parts of the plumbing are not leaking.
