Has anyone had a mentor for real estate investing. I was wondering what the average cost of a mentor would be and what would you expect out of the mentor.
What was your experience like?
How much did it cost?
Was your ROI worth it?
Include any other input.

Fear is a major problem for most potential investors. Mentors are well worth it if you can find someone who will truly help you. The best way to go is to shadow someone and work for them for free. Doing this will allow you to absorb tons of information.

I reiterate my view that no one should pay for mentoring services!
