I did a couple loads to a storage locker close by.I then moved all her stuff in the front yard, took her a tour of the house make sure we were done then took the key locked the door.Most people don’t need such help but she could have been a fixture just stuck there causing me issues with court costs.

The young professionals are realizing A) that they can work from home like most modern jobs and B) If they are going to be limited they'd rather replace the Acme Bag Tumbleweeds and 670sf apartments with a clean back yard where their furry child can run around.

One thing we will do on winter flips is add a landscaping clause in there so that in April or May, we'll come back and reseed the yard and give them a $200 allowance to purchase plants and we'll plant them if they want to.

In my area, sinkholes tend to occur in clusters - i.e. if one shows up in your yard it won't be long before there will be one in another spot of the yard.

While driving for dollars I explained to my wife that people aren't doing for sale by owner any more and at that exact moment we passed a "janky" sign in someone's yard and she said "what about that one?"
